1. Company Information

2. Booking Services

The website provides hotel information and online booking functionality through an external booking platform.

Online reservations are processed through WebHotelier, where additional terms and policies may apply.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through Nexi XPay Hospitality.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Diners
  • Discover
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • IRIS Payments

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using
the appropriate key.

4. Payment &
Cancellation Policy

Low Season

(April – May, until June 15 and from September 15 until October 31)

Payments

  • 30% deposit upon booking
  • Remaining 70% upon arrival

Cancellations

  • Deposits are
    non-refundable.
  • Reservations may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) if requested at least 14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 3 days before arrival or no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation amount.

High Season

(June 16 – September 14, including holidays and festive periods)

Payments

  • 50% deposit upon booking
  • Remaining 50% upon arrival

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Reservations may be transferred within the same season, subject to availability, if requested at least 21 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the reservation amount.

5. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
  • Check-out: until 11:00

Late Check-out

(subject to availability)

  • Until 16:00: 50% of nightly
    rate
  • After 16:00: 100% of
    nightly rate

6. Smoking Policy

All rooms and indoor hotel areas are strictly non-smoking.

Violation of this policy will result in a €250 cleaning fee.

7. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings unless officially deposited at reception for safekeeping.

8. Pet Policy

  • One small pet (up to 10kg) is allowed per
    room.
  • A €25 fee per pet per reservation applies.
  • A credit card guarantee may be required upon check-in.
  • Guide dogs and certified assistance animals are always welcome without restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy &

Apollon Hotel may collect personal data including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Booking details
  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)
