Electric Bike Rental Terms & Conditions

Renting an electric bike from our hotel is subject to the following terms:

1. Age & Responsibility

  • Minimum age for e-bike use is 16 years.
  • Minors may use an e-bike only with adult supervision and responsibility.
  • The renter is fully responsible for the bike during the rental period.
  • Security: ID or room number may be requested upon rental.
  • Responsibility: Guests ride at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any accidents or damages during the rental period.

2. Usage & Safety

  • The e-bike must be used only by the registered renter.
  • Helmet use is mandatory (provided free of charge).
  • Riding under the influence of alcohol or any substances is strictly prohibited.

3. Damage & Loss

  • The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the bike or equipment.
  • In case of malfunction, notify reception immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

4. Rental Duration & Return

  • The bike must be returned on time as agreed.
  • Late returns may result in extra charges.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the rental fee.

  • Full refund if the hotel cancels due to weather or technical issues.

By using the e-bikes, the renter fully accepts these terms and conditions.

Operating hours: Bikes are available between 08:00 and 20:00 unless otherwise arranged
